Medication for weight gain?

There is so much talk these days about losing weight and so much information for people to lose the weight. In the last year, I have lost about 15 pounds (not wanting to). It was so easy for me to lose the weight, now I am finding it VERY difficult to put the weight back on. I know I should increase my caloric intake, but it I seem to get full very fast. Is there any medication that can increase one's appetite? And if so, how can I go about getting it, as i live in India
Answer:
contact an yoga specialist!
Please, please but do not go in for MEDICATION. They usually involve use of steroids or other dubious synthetic medicines which produce serious side effects. Your best approach is to use Chyavanaprash or Ashwagandhadi Rasayan made by reputed people . Many Indian Ayurvedic medicines are made by people wih contemptible outlook so do not trust them. There aregood ones. Best is to ask your local college of Ayurvedic medicines.
There is one way you can never go wrong with. And that is to eat regular meals, taking a slighter larger quantity of it each time and doing long walks to generate more energy to digest your inyake of food. Good luck.
