Love Handles!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I am quite fit and go to the gym but can't get rid of love handles. Does anyone know any good exercises to help or a website where i could search?

You can be fit and keep a layer of fat around your body. What you realy need to do is look at your diet. Are you drinking alot of soda? If so stop and find something else to drink. Stay away from high fructose corn syrup. Eat healthy and often to keep your metabolism going. Have smaller meals around ever 3 hours to keep something in you and boost your metab. This will help burn the fat you have and with that no more love handles.
Increase the amount of cardio you do. Running, rowing, biking, anything that gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat. Then work out your obliques without using weight. Too much weight will just make more muscle on the sides. Check out MuscleFitness.com

Try doing more cardio at your fat burn heart rate. You dont need to go all out on cardio to burn fat.
Your fat burn HR is usually around 55% of your max HR (220 - your age = max HR)Do around 30mins of carido 3 times a week, try using different machines as well. The rowing machine is good for an all over work out.Also try doing the plank and side plank- this combats the abs and obliques.
