Lump on testicle.?

I've had a lump on the bottom of my right testicle for about 2 years now. Some days it's bigger than others. One day it got really big, but went back to almost nothing the next day. It feels spongy. What do you think it could be, do you think it could be cancerous?
Answer:
get a check up NOW.
There are "tubes" inside your scrotum that may feel lumpy. It is best to have a medical professional check. If it is not stationary on the surface of your testicle(the oval shaped inside, not free in the the liquid part) it is probably nothing. But you should still have your doctor do a testicle exam.
Anything is possible! You need to see a doctor right away!
You need to go see a specialist right away and have a ultrasound done on your scrotum immediately. Either you have a sebacious cyst that could be forming in your scrotum or you could have testicular cancer. No matter what, the best protection for cancer is early detection...especially with testicular cancer. My fear for you right now is the fact that this lump is changing in size and feels "spongy" and as you say feels attached to your testicle....most sebacious cysts I don't think are going to change in size, but gradually get bigger and will not be attached to the testicle...but then again, I'm not a doctor, however, I did have a sebacious cyst at one time and had the same fears you have now. Take my advice and get this checked as soon as possible.
You should always have lumps checked out by a doctor the moment you find them. It could be nothing, but you don't want to risk that you have cancer. You are never too young for testicular cancer. I know a guy who had it when he was 15.
it may be a vacrole or somethin like that
