I have a lump right above my eyelashes that looks like a pimple? What is it?

That could be a pimple. Dont squeeze it as you could damage your eye in the process.If it is not getting any bigger, it could be a fatty deposit in the end of a hair follicle. Ignore it, it is there for life unless you get it burnt off by a doctor.
it might be a stye go to ur doctor or if ya dont want to go to ur doctor try an ice pack

It could be a mole. It may need to be removed, if it doesn't go away. You should see a opthamologist to have that done. Been there, done that! Not fun, but no scar at all after it heals.
