Lose weight in 2 to 3 weeks..?

ok... i have hard abs but under a layer of fat cover my 6 pack (big probem) im going to the beach spring break not real sure wehn that is but i know its coming up.. i know i do not eat healthy at all especially at school ive changed that i do about a total of 300 sit ups a night starting yesterday (not coninuous but as much as i can per rep) but i dont kno what else to do to just lose about 5 pounds... or whatever...if it helps im 6'0

play tennis and eat high protein meals and no sugars or cokes. you could also run lift weights or roller blade.
I don't know if you have time to work out enough in this 2-3 weeks but if you do you can make some changes but its not for the long term if you won't keep it up afterwords.
