My boyfriend has a weak bladder...ummmm....?

i dont keep an eye on him 24/7.do you think he just needs to drink less during the day?
Answer:
Does he go wee wee wee, all the way home?
Maybe he should see a doctor if it's really bad.
Its possible hes drinking to much caffeine or alcohol both will cause excessive trips to the bathroom.
OMG - he's gunna be pissed when he reads this! Get it, pissed - ha ha ha ha
How Sweet of you to embarrass him so.....but other than that perhaps he should see a Dr about this. Drinking less will not fix a problem with his bladder only dehydrate him.
lol when it said tony 21 i figured..he could have overactive bladder, he should go c his doctor, they prescribe medication then he doesnt have to go as much :)
You share this email with him and you post a question like this to embarrass him? You are kind of mean...aren't you?Well, I have problem with bladder as well. It's because I had many surgeries and nurses has been putting these tubes to my bladder while these surgeries. I've done it many times and it screwed up a little then I have bladder problem. I can't control or hold it as much as I want to.Maybe he had surgery like that and you just don't know it? I don't think not drinking anything will do a thing since I tried it. It'll just dehydrate him and end up not feeling good.
Frequent urination can be anything from an enlarged prostate to diabetes. He should get checked out by a doctor just to rule out anything serious and to start teatment if it is.
Time for him to go to a urologist
Depends on what you think is a weak bladder. If he downs big gulps then probably not a weak bladder. There are real medical problems that the only symptoms is frequent urination such as diabetes mellitus, a bladder infection or kidney infection. Either way he should be checked by a Dr.
If he is urinating a lot, like every couple of hours and getting up more than once in the night at his age, then he may have a couple of problems. 1--weak bladder or overactive bladder, see a urologist. 2--could also be a sign of diabetes or predisposed to diabetes. Either way, if he is going more than 10 times a day, including during sleep time, he probably needs to see his Dr.
Easy solution!!!
When he is peeing have him try to stop in midstream several times for about 4-5 months each time he urinates it will build up his pubic muscles and that should help a lot!!
