I'm 35 and I take Puritan's Pride ABC Plus for Senior. I used to take CENTRUM SILVER several years ago.I stick with the multivitamins formulated for senior for a very good reason. Unlike the "regular" formula, the one "for senior" is iron-free. Men do not lose iron through menstruation. Most of us get enough iron from our regular diet. There's no reason for most men to take iron supplements. Iron is toxic when it is overdosed.
